SHRIVER CENTER USABILITY EVALUATION
A semester long project dedicated to conducting a usability evaluation for the nonprofit organization, The Shriver Center. Working alongside the Director of the Shriver Center, I utilized the following methods: interviews, competitive analyses, contextual inquiries, observational studies, eye tracking, and task analyses. I conclude with design recommendations to help improve the usability of the Shriver Center website.
Our team worked collaborated on a redesign for a brand name fashion website. We were tasked with completing a single sprint of the AgileUX design process and using the information gathered to iterate on our initial redesign.
